A gas detector or sensor detects the presence of gases that can be toxic, flammable, or combustible. A typical gas detector is calibrated for a specific gas and if the level exceeds its preset range, an alarm is activated. Units can be integrated in a detection and control system can be standalone.
The Silent Knight E3Point system is a toxic and combustible gas detector and monitor. The gases detected are Oxygen (O2), Propane (C3H8), Methane (CH4), Hydrogen (H2), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), and Carbon Monoxide (CO).
