The Ansul LVS Liquid Agent Fire Suppression System is a wet chemical agent that is a unique blend of organic and inorganic salts, coupled with surface active ingredients. This blend provides a strong measure of freeze protection along with the foaming properties associated with conventional Class B liquid agents. It is designed to suppress fires in mobile equipment used in a wide range of industries, underground and surface mining, forestry/logging, construction, waste management, metal processing, transportation, power generation, agribusiness, and others.
The Ansul A-101 Fire Suppression System is an automatic or manual fire suppression system using FORAY dry chemical agent for Class A, B, and C fires. The system is designed for use on large, off-road type construction and mining equipment, underground mining equipment and specialty vehicles.
The combined performance of the Ansul A-101/LVS Twin-Agent Fire Suppression System provides the ultimate protection. While the FORAY dry chemical knocks down flames, the LVS agent cools surrounding areas, minimizing the possibility of reflash. The system can be used on off-road type construction and mining equipment, excavators/shovels, draglines, haul trucks, wheeled loaders, underground mining equipment, and specialty vehicles such as slag pot and/or slab carriers, tunnel boring machines, waste management equipment, forestry vehicles, and in applications where superheated equipment, like a turbocharger, is used.
